THK HBN-K & HBN-KA High-Thrust Ball Screw
The THK HBN-K & HBN-KA High-Thrust Ball Screw is designed for high-load applications that require strong axial load capacity and high rigidity. It can achieve a longer service life than conventional ball screws when operating under high loads.
The series is available in HBN-K and HBN-KA configurations. Both types are offered without preload and use a DN value of 120,000. The HBN-KA models feature a lubrication hole located on the backside of the nut.
Models are available with screw shaft diameters from 63 to 140 mm, with different leads and loaded-circuit configurations. Basic dynamic load ratings range from 259 to 2,089 kN, depending on the model.
