THK HBN High-Load Caged Ball Screw
THK HBN is a high-load caged ball screw for precision positioning and high-speed operation. Its optimized design achieves more than twice the rated load of conventional ball screws. The no-preload design also supports smooth linear motion.
The HBN uses a ball cage to reduce friction between balls and improve grease retention. This helps provide low noise, smooth motion and long-term maintenance-free operation. Its return-piece design supports a compact and efficient ball circulation path.
THK HBN has a DN value of 130,000 and is available with screw shaft diameters from 32 to 63 mm. Models include HBN3210-5, HBN3610-5, HBN3612-5, HBN4010-7.5, HBN4012-7.5, HBN5010-7.5, HBN5012-7.5, HBN5016-7.5, HBN6316-7.5, HBN6316-10.5 and HBN6320-7.5.
