THK DK Slim Nut Full-Ball Precision Ball Screw

THK DK is a full-ball precision ball screw with a slim nut design. It is one of THK’s most compact ball screws, with a nut outer diameter of about 70 to 80% of a return-pipe type. The no-preload design provides smooth motion for precision positioning.

The DK uses a deflector-type ball circulation system. Its compact nut helps reduce the space needed around the ball screw. This makes the DK suitable for machines where installation space is limited.

THK DK is available with screw shaft diameters from 14 to 63 mm. The series has a DN value of 70,000 and covers DK 14, 16, 20, 25, 28, 32, 40, 50 and 63 sizes. Different leads and loaded circuit configurations are available across the range.
