THK DIK Slim Nut Full-Ball Precision Ball Screw

THK DIK is a full-ball precision ball screw with a compact slim nut. It uses preload to reduce axial clearance and improve positioning accuracy. The deflector-type design also helps keep the nut compact.

The DIK uses offset preload with the right and left screw grooves phased at the center of the nut. This creates a negative axial clearance under preload and supports smooth, accurate motion. Its design is suited to applications that require compact precision positioning.

THK DIK is available in screw shaft diameters from 14 to 63 mm. The series has a DN value of 70,000 and includes models from DIK1404 to DIK6312, with different leads and loaded circuit configurations.
