THK CNF Super-Lead High-Load Rolled Ball Screw

THK CNF is a rolled ball screw designed for high-load and high-speed transport applications. It uses a super-lead design with four rows of large-lead loaded grooves. The long nut structure also helps achieve a longer service life.

The CNF uses an end-cap type ball circulation system and no preload. This provides smooth linear movement while keeping the design simple. Its high-load construction makes it suitable for transport applications that require greater load capacity.

THK CNF is available with screw shaft diameters of 15, 20, 25 and 30 mm. The series has a DN value of 70,000 and includes models such as CNF1530-6, CNF2040-6, CNF2550-6 and CNF3060-6.
