THK BNS-V Low-Inertia Ball Screw Spline
THK BNS-V is a low-inertia ball screw spline designed for combined linear and rotary motion. It integrates a ball screw and ball spline into one compact unit. The no-preload design helps provide smooth motion, while the low-inertia construction suits applications requiring fast response.
The BNS-V allows one unit to handle both linear movement and rotary motion. The ball screw section provides axial movement, while the ball spline section supports rotary motion and torque transmission. This combined design helps simplify compact linear-rotary mechanisms.
THK BNS-V is available in sizes 1616V, 2020V and 2525V. The DN value is 100,000, and the ball screw section has shaft diameters from 16 to 25 mm. The ball spline section provides basic torque ratings up to 207 N·m.
