THK BNS Series Heavy Load Type Precision Ball Screw/Spline

The THK BNS Series is the heavy load type in THK’s ball screw/spline lineup, combining ball screw grooves and ball spline grooves crossing on a single shaft, each with its own dedicated support bearing built into the nut. This lets a single shaft perform rotational, linear, and spiral motion, which is ideal for machines combining rotary and straight motion, such as machining center ATC equipment.

It carries a large lead with its own preload, a DN value of 70,000, and is available in screw shaft diameters from 16mm to 50mm, the widest range in the BNS lineup.
