THK BNS Heavy-Load Ball Screw Spline

THK BNS is a heavy-load ball screw spline designed for combined linear and rotary motion. It integrates a ball screw and ball spline into one compact unit. The no-preload design supports smooth movement and the DN value reaches 70,000.

The BNS can transmit both linear and rotary motion in a single assembly. Its ball screw section provides axial movement, while the ball spline section supports rotary motion and torque transmission. This reduces the need for separate components in compact mechanisms.

THK BNS is available in sizes 1616, 2020, 2525, 3232, 4040 and 5050. The ball screw section has basic dynamic load ratings from 7.2 to 77.6 kN, while the ball spline section provides basic torque ratings from 31.4 to 842 N·m.
