THK BNS-A Series Precision Ball Screw/Spline

The THK BNS-A Series is a ball screw and spline in one, with the Ball Screw grooves and Ball Spline groove crossing one another on the same shaft. Dedicated support bearings are built directly into the circumference of both the Ball Screw nut and the Ball Spline nut, giving the assembly a compact, integrated design.

This series features a large lead and supports preload for improved rigidity and accuracy. It uses a rotary nut design along with a rotary ball spline, making it well suited for applications that need both precise linear positioning and rotary motion.

The BNS-A Series has a DN value of 70,000 and is available in screw shaft diameters of 8mm, 10mm, 16mm, 20mm, 25mm, 32mm, and 40mm.
