THK BNK Precision Ball Screw with Finished Shaft Ends

THK BNK is a precision ball screw with finished shaft ends for accurate positioning applications. It is available with preload or no preload options. The finished shaft ends are ready for integration with the machine drive and support components.

The BNK series uses different ball circulation methods depending on the model. Deflector, return-pipe and end-cap types are available across the range. Large-lead options are also available for selected models, while the DN value reaches 70,000.

THK BNK covers screw shaft diameters from 4 to 25 mm, with leads from 1 to 20 mm across the series. Models include BNK0401, BNK0501, BNK0601, BNK0608, BNK0801, BNK0802, BNK0810, BNK1002, BNK1402, BNK1404, BNK1408, BNK1510 and BNK1520. Stainless steel versions are also available for selected models.
