THK BNFN-V Double-Nut Full-Ball Precision Ball Screw

THK BNFN-V is a full-ball precision ball screw with a double-nut preload design. It uses two nuts to create preload and improve positioning accuracy. The no-backlash design also supports smooth and stable linear motion.

The BNFN-V is available in small and medium types. The small type has a DN value of 100,000, while the medium type reaches 130,000. This gives the series both compact options and higher-speed configurations.

THK BNFN-V includes shaft sizes from 16 to 50 mm across its small and medium types. Models include BNFN1605V, BNFN2805V, BNFN2806V, BNFN3205V, BNFN2810V, BNFN3610V, BNFN3616V, BNFN4016V, BNFN4510V and BNFN5010V.
