THK BNFN Double-Nut Full-Ball Precision Ball Screw

THK BNFN is a full-ball precision ball screw with a double-nut preload design. Two ball screw nuts are combined with a spacer to provide preload and eliminate backlash. The flange mounting design also allows the nut to be secured with bolts.

The BNFN uses a return-pipe type circulation system and is designed for precision positioning. Preload improves positioning accuracy and rigidity while maintaining stable linear motion. The design is suited to applications that require high load capacity and precise movement.

THK BNFN is available with screw shaft diameters from 55 to 100 mm. The series has a DN value of 70,000 and includes sizes 55, 63, 70, 80 and 100 mm. Different leads and loaded circuit configurations are available across the range.
