THK BNF-V Full-Ball Precision Ball Screw

THK BNF-V is a full-ball precision ball screw designed for high-speed positioning. It uses a single ball screw nut mounted through the flange holes. The no-preload design supports smooth linear motion and precision positioning.

The BNF-V uses a return-piece design for ball circulation. Its simple nut structure provides a practical solution for high-speed applications. The series is available in small and medium types to suit different shaft sizes and speed requirements.

THK BNF-V is available with screw shaft diameters from 16 to 50 mm. The small type has a DN value of 100,000, while the medium types reach 130,000. Available configurations include shaft sizes 16, 20, 25, 28, 32, 36, 40, 45 and 50 mm.
