THK BLW Large-Lead Full-Ball Precision Ball Screw

THK BLW is a full-ball precision ball screw designed for high-speed feed. Its large-lead design supports fast linear movement, while the double-nut structure provides preload. The end-cap circulation system also supports smooth ball movement.

The BLW uses a spacer between two large-lead nuts to create preload and eliminate backlash. This helps maintain accurate positioning during high-speed operation. Its design combines large lead, preload and compact construction in one ball screw.

THK BLW is available with screw shaft diameters from 15 to 50 mm. The series has a DN value of 70,000 and includes models such as BLW1510-5.6, BLW1616-3.6, BLW2020-3.6, BLW2525-3.6, BLW3232-3.6, BLW3636-3.6, BLW4040-3.6 and BLW5050-3.6.
