The THK BLR Series is a rotary-nut ball screw unit with the ball screw nut and support bearing built into one integrated structure. Its support bearing is an angular bearing with a 60° contact angle and a higher ball count than standard, giving it strong axial rigidity. The BLR Series is available in both precision and rolled ball screw versions, so you can choose based on your budget and accuracy needs.

Because the balls are picked up along the end cap and circulate through the nut itself, the BLR Series runs with very low noise, even at high speeds, and achieves smoother motion than a rack-and-pinion based system.
