THK BLK Rolled Ball Screw
THK BLK is a rolled ball screw designed for transport applications. Its no-preload design provides smooth linear motion and reliable operation. The rolled screw shaft offers a practical solution for general transport mechanisms.
The BLK uses a compact ball screw nut with different lead and loaded circuit configurations. This allows the ball screw to meet different speed and load requirements. The series also maintains controlled axial clearance for stable operation.
THK BLK is available with screw shaft diameters from 8 to 50 mm. The series has a DN value of 70,000, with permissible rotational speeds up to 5,000 min⁻¹. Basic dynamic load ratings range from 2.2 to 76.3 kN across the listed models.
