THK TLC Controller Series

The THK TLC Controller Series is a low capacity servo driver controller built for single axis control of THK electric actuators. It gives you a ready to use solution with simple setup, which makes it a good fit for compact automation systems or applications that need precise positioning or pressing control.

The TLC supports several operation modes, including multi point positioning, external unit input instruction, and solenoid modes, so you can configure the system to match your application. It also includes absolute position feedback along with trapezoidal and S curve acceleration and deceleration control, and it supports up to 512 positioning steps depending on the function mode you choose.

You can set it up and configure parameters using THK’s PC setup tool D-STEP or the TDO digital operator, both of which keep operation intuitive and give you easy access to more advanced functions. With its compact size, single axis control, and compatibility across various THK actuator series, the TLC controller works well for space saving, cost efficient automation setups.
