SMAC CBL Series Electric Cylinders
The SMAC CBL Series Electric Cylinders provide precise and programmable linear motion. They use moving coil technology for accurate control of force, position and velocity. The CBL35 can achieve accelerations of up to 50G and cycle rates above 2,000 CPM. The CBL Series includes the CBL35 and CBL35C/CBL50C models. Depending on the model, stroke lengths range from 10 mm to 25 mm. Peak force reaches up to 100 N on the CBL35C and CBL50C models.
The CBL Series offers SMAC’s patented Soft-Land™ technology and encoder resolutions of 5 μm standard or 1 μm optional. IP65/IP67 protection is available. Built-in controller versions provide a compact solution with simpler installation and programmable motion profiles.
The electric cylinders are suitable for applications such as sorting, rejecting, diverting, nitrogen dosing, leak detection, labelling, filling and assembly. They operate without exhaust air for cleaner and quieter operation.
