THK THC Controller Series
The THK THC Controller Series is a high capacity servo driver controller built for single axis control of THK’s higher output electric actuators. It works well for applications that need more thrust, speed, or load capacity while still keeping precise control over motion. Like the TLC series, the THC is ready to use with simple setup and supports both positioning and pressing control methods.
The THC controller supports several function modes, including positioning with up to 512 points, external unit input instruction, and solenoid modes. It also includes absolute position detection, advanced acceleration and deceleration control, and plenty of I/O for connecting with PLCs and other higher level control systems. You can configure it using the D-STEP PC setup tool or the TDO digital operator, whichever fits your workflow better.
With support for AC power input and compatibility across a wide range of THK actuator series, the THC controller is a solid fit for demanding industrial automation and press applications where you need more power without giving up precise control.
