Koganei MFZ Series Oil Mist Filters

The MFZ30 / MFZ40 / MFZ50 Series Oil Mist Filters are next-generation 0.3 μm high-efficiency filters designed to remove fine oil mist from compressed air while delivering high flow performance in a compact body. By reducing residual oil content in the air supply, the MFZ Series helps protect sensitive pneumatic components and supports clean, reliable operation in automation systems.

The series can be used as a stand-alone oil mist filter or combined with air filters and pressure regulators to form complete air preparation assemblies. A transparent bowl and visible filter element allow easy condition monitoring, while the tool-less element replacement design enables fast maintenance without removing piping. Sizes 40 and 50 support modular air preparation assemblies, making the MFZ Series suitable for both compact equipment and higher-flow industrial applications.
