The CTL Series from Unimotion is a high-performance linear motor driven unit that combines a precision linear guide with an integrated linear motor to deliver backlash-free motion, high speed, and excellent dynamic response. Featuring the latest Unimotion linear motor technology, CTL units are capable of speeds up to 5 m/s and offer very high acceleration, making them ideal for fast and precise positioning applications.

Designed with robust guide profiles and optional multi-carriage configurations, CTL units support multiple runners on a single axis and can be equipped with a range of encoder systems for high-resolution feedback and repeatability down to ±0.001 mm. Their compact yet rigid construction, optional protection covers, and cleanroom certification (ISO 3 & ISO 5) make them suitable for advanced automation, semiconductor manufacturing, medical technology, and high-dynamic machine systems.
