THK Flange-less Type Linear Bushing

Linear Bushings are linear motion guides used in combination with cylindrical LM shafts. Balls arranged inside the bushing make point contact with the shaft, enabling smooth, low-friction linear motion with high accuracy.

The bushing nut is manufactured from high-carbon chromium bearing steel, with both inner and outer surfaces ground and heat-treated for durability and precision. Linear bushings are commonly used in medical equipment, packaging machinery, and lightweight office automation equipment where vibration and shock are minimal.

Linear bushings are not suitable for applications involving rotational loads, as they are designed exclusively for linear motion.

Flange-less Type Linear Bushing
A standard cylindrical type without a flange, suitable for compact installations. This type is typically press-fitted or mounted inside a housing, making it ideal for simple linear guide structures with limited space.
