Koganei MV Series Vacuum Valves

The MV Series Pneumatic Solenoid Operated Vacuum Valves are designed for precise vacuum control in suction transfer systems using an external vacuum pump. These vacuum valve units integrate multiple control functions into a compact, modular design, making them ideal for automated handling and transport applications. The series supports single-unit mounting as well as manifold configurations of up to eight stations, allowing flexible system expansion.

Standard functions include vacuum supply control, vacuum break control, and optional vacuum hold detection. Electronic vacuum switches with easy-to-view LED indicators, pressure sensors, and replaceable filters are available to suit different application requirements. With multiple vacuum control and breaking circuits, optional contamination protection, and compatibility with various vacuum switch and sensor types, the MV Series provides reliable, efficient, and highly configurable vacuum system control while meeting RoHS compliance standards.
