Koganei 030 Cleanroom Series Solenoid Valves

The Koganei 030 Cleanroom Series Direct Acting Solenoid Valves are ultra-compact valves available in 2, 3, or 5-port configurations for space-constrained cleanroom automation systems. They work as standalone inline units or can be mounted on monoblock manifolds with up to 20 stations, giving you high flexibility across different layout and installation requirements.

Lead wire and plug-in connector types are available, and optional FKM seal specifications are offered for applications requiring enhanced chemical compatibility. All models are RoHS compliant.
