The Koganei 010 Cleanroom Series Direct Acting Solenoid Valves are compact 10mm valves with 5-port, 4-way functionality built for precise directional control of small-bore double-acting cylinders and actuators. Their slim body keeps installation space to a minimum while delivering reliable direct-acting performance in cleanroom and space-constrained automation systems.

Lead wire and plug-in connector options are available, and the series supports inline, subbase, and monoblock manifold mounting. Working ports can be configured directly on the valve or on the base depending on your system layout. All models are RoHS compliant.
