Koganei YMDA Series High-Multi Cylinders
The Koganei YMDA Series High-Multi Cylinders are compact pneumatic cylinders designed for direct mounting without a mounting bracket. Their rectangular body with six-face mounting capability lets you install them from multiple directions, making them a good fit for tight machine layouts where space is limited.
Available in bore sizes from 6mm to 20mm, the series covers three operation types: double acting, single acting push, and single acting pull. Standard strokes range from 5mm to 100mm depending on bore size. Operating pressure ranges from 0.08 to 0.7 MPa, and the cylinders operate at speeds of 50 to 500mm/s.
The embedded sensor switch design keeps sensor switches flush within the body, preventing anything from protruding and helping maintain clean wiring lines. Sensor switch options include solid state and reed switch types with horizontal or vertical lead wire configurations. All models use a rubber bumper cushion and do not require lubrication as standard, though turbine oil Class 1 can be used if needed. All models are RoHS compliant.
