The Koganei EW2G Series Low Profile Electric Sliders combine a DC brushless motor with Koganei’s Mini Guide Slider structure in a compact, high-rigidity package. Designed as a next-generation alternative to pneumatic cylinders, the EW2G Series gives you precise, repeatable linear motion in an ultra-slim body that fits easily into tight machine layouts.
The series supports accurate positioning, intermediate stops, speed control, and thrust control, and can also be operated with a simple ON/OFF signal just like a conventional air cylinder. Mounting dimensions are compatible with Koganei’s Mini Guide Sliders, so you can upgrade from an existing pneumatic setup without major redesign work.
