The Koganei SGDA Cleanroom Series Guided Jig Cylinders are compact pneumatic cylinders with integrated heavy-duty guide rods, built for applications where side loads and moment forces are present. The guided structure keeps linear motion stable and accurate, even when the load is offset or applies force at an angle to the cylinder axis.
Multiple port locations and mounting options make it straightforward to integrate the SGDA into different machine layouts and cleanroom equipment. Standard roller bearing construction provides high rigidity for consistent performance over time. A standard integrated 4mm sensor groove is included, and all models are RoHS compliant.
