The Koganei CDA Cleanroom Series Jig Cylinders are compact block-type pneumatic actuators that have been trusted by OEM customers for reliable performance and design flexibility. As one of Koganei’s original compact cylinder series, the CS-CDA Series offers a wide range of variations and options to cover diverse cleanroom and precision automation applications.
Bore sizes run from 6mm to 50mm, with male and female piston rod thread options available. Optional end-of-stroke bumpers and a precision centering location option add further flexibility for different mounting and positioning requirements. A standard integrated 4mm sensor groove is included, and all models are RoHS compliant.
