The Koganei BCG Cleanroom Series Guided Actuators are compact, high-durability actuators built to support a wide range of assembly processes from a single platform. Based on the proven BC cylinder architecture, the BCG adds a precision pre-loaded guide rail for stable, accurate linear motion with extended cycle life.
The integrated body extrusion makes it straightforward to install two-colour LED sensor switches, simplifying setup and ongoing maintenance. An optional locating pin hole allows accurate and repeatable positioning during installation. A standard integrated 4mm sensor groove is included, and all models are RoHS compliant.
