Koganei TDA6 Twin Rod Cylinder
The Koganei TDA6 is a 6mm bore twin rod cylinder that uses two parallel rods in a single compact square body to deliver stable, rotation-free linear motion without needing a separate guide. The twin rod design gives you twice the thrust of a conventional single rod cylinder of the same bore size, while keeping non-rotating accuracy within plus or minus 0.45 degrees.
The square body allows direct mounting without a mounting bracket, helping you keep machine layouts compact. Standard strokes range from 10mm to 50mm, with a maximum available stroke of 70mm. Stroke adjustment of minus 5 to 0mm is available via a built-in stopper bolt for easy fine-tuning on the machine. Operating pressure ranges from 0.2 to 0.7 MPa, with speeds up to 500mm/s. A built-in magnet allows optional solid state or reed switch sensor detection. No lubrication is required.
