The Koganei PBDA Cleanroom Series Pen Cylinders are ultra-compact round-body linear actuators designed to support miniaturisation in machines, tools, and automated equipment. Their small bore sizes and cleanroom-compatible construction make them a practical fit for electronics, semiconductor, and precision automation applications where space is tight and contamination control matters.
Bore sizes run from 6mm to 16mm, with axial or radial rear port configurations available to suit different piping layouts. An optional magnetic piston can be added for sensor activation, and the stainless steel tube construction keeps the unit durable and clean in demanding environments. All models are RoHS compliant.
