Koganei ORK Series Slit Type Rodless Cylinders

The Koganei ORK Series Slit Type Rodless Cylinder uses a cam-follower guide with a rolling bearing to add greater rigidity against torque moments compared to standard slit type rodless cylinders. This allows heavier loads to be moved without compromising accuracy at the end of stroke, making it a practical fit for OEM designs that need both performance and compactness.

Both ports are located at a single central position, which reduces the amount of pneumatic supply tubing needed and helps keep the overall installation footprint small. One or two sets of supporting rails can be added depending on the load and rigidity requirements of the application. Built-in cushions or patented linear orifice shock absorbers are available for smooth end-of-stroke deceleration, and end-of-stroke adjustment allows for easy fine-tuning during installation. All models are RoHS compliant.
