The Koganei MBDA Cleanroom Series Mini Bit Cylinders are ultra-compact square-body actuators built for applications where installation space is extremely tight. With bore sizes starting from just 4.5mm, these miniature cylinders let OEM customers achieve precise pneumatic actuation in dense machine layouts.
Cleanroom-rated models equivalent to Class 10 and ISO Class 4 are available for contamination-sensitive environments, making the MBDA Series a practical fit for semiconductor, electronics, and precision assembly applications. Plain and male thread piston rod options are available, and an optional ZE solid-state sensor switch can be added for position detection. All models are RoHS compliant.
