The Koganei KDV Series High-Speed Valpack Cylinders combine a pneumatic cylinder and solenoid valve into a single integrated unit. By removing the tubing between valve and cylinder, air travel losses are minimised, which gives you faster actuation and a more efficient system overall.

With a maximum operating frequency of up to 100 cycles per second and a response time of 5 milliseconds or less, the KDV Series is built for high-speed sorting and removal of heavy defective products where fast and reliable response is critical.
