Koganei MFZ Series Oil Mist Filters
The Koganei MFZ Series are high-efficiency oil mist filters that remove fine oil mist particles down to 0.3 micrometres from compressed air. Keeping residual oil low in the air supply helps protect sensitive pneumatic components and supports cleaner, more reliable system operation.
The series works as a standalone filter or as part of a modular air preparation assembly combined with air filters and pressure regulators. A transparent bowl and visible filter element make it easy to check the condition at a glance, and the tool-less element replacement design means you can do maintenance quickly without disconnecting any piping. Sizes 40 and 50 support modular assemblies, making the MFZ suitable for both compact equipment and higher-flow industrial applications.
