THK RB-USP Series Ultra-Precision Cross Roller Ring
The THK RB-USP Series Ultra-Precision Cross Roller Ring is a high-accuracy version of the RB Series designed for applications requiring extremely precise inner-ring rotation. It uses THK’s cross roller ring construction with a separable outer ring, allowing the bearing to accommodate precise rotary motion in demanding equipment.
The USP accuracy grade is designed for ultra-precision applications, with THK providing models that exceed conventional high-accuracy classifications. The lineup includes RB10020USP through RB60040USP, with basic dynamic radial load ratings from 33.1 to 264 kN and basic static radial load ratings from 50.9 to 721 kN, depending on the model.
The RB-USP is suited to applications such as precision rotary tables, semiconductor manufacturing equipment and measuring instruments where stable, highly accurate rotation is critical.
