The BSQ JV Series Cross Roller Slide Guide is a finite stroke, high precision linear guide that uses precision rollers arranged at right angles inside a roller cage, guided by dedicated rails with 90 degree V shaped raceways. This crossed roller structure lets the guide take on loads evenly from all directions while still holding excellent rigidity and positional accuracy. Since you can apply preload to remove clearance completely, you get a highly rigid, backlash free motion system that works well for precision applications.

Because of the long line contact between the rollers and raceways, the JV Series moves smoothly with low friction and very little stick slip, even during fine positioning tasks.
