THK FT & FT-V Series Flat Roller
The THK FT & FT-V Series Flat Roller uses precision rollers in a lightweight, rigid M-shaped steel cage for smooth, low-friction linear motion. The rollers are evenly retained to minimize skewing and eliminate roller-to-roller friction, achieving a friction coefficient of 0.001 to 0.0025.
Designed primarily for flat surfaces, the series is well suited to large machine tools, high-accuracy grinding machines and optical measuring equipment. Basic dynamic load ratings range from 1.9 to 459 kN, while basic static load ratings range from 10.4 to 1,900 kN, depending on the model.
