NPM Linear Servo Motors (Shaft Motors)

NPM Linear Servo Motors, also known as Shaft Motors, are direct-drive linear motors that generate thrust through a simple coil and magnetic shaft structure. Because there are no ball screws, belts, or other mechanical transmission parts in the system, you get high speed, fast acceleration, zero backlash, and very accurate positioning all in one compact design.

The shaft motor layout also supports smooth continuous motion and long stroke operation without adding bulk. When paired with NPM controllers and drivers, the system delivers stable and repeatable linear motion for semiconductor equipment, inspection systems, laser processing machines, and general automation applications.
