THK PC and PCT Press Series Electric Actuator

The THK Press Series PC and PCT are high rigidity electric actuators built for precision pressing and high thrust jobs. The PC model uses an integrated ball spline paired with a precision ball screw, which keeps it compact while still giving you smooth motion and high precision positioning. It also delivers very high thrust, with instantaneous force suited to tasks like pressing, press fitting, punching, and deep drawing.

The PCT model takes a cylinder type approach instead, giving you stronger axial load rigidity along with support for a range of mounting methods. This makes it a good fit for small presses, caulking machines, and similar pressing equipment. Both models bring the drive and guide elements together into one streamlined, rigid structure, which supports precise motion control and gives you flexibility when designing your system.
