THK PC & PCT Electric Cylinder Press Series
THK PC and PCT are electric cylinders designed for high-precision pressing applications. Both combine a ball screw and ball spline to provide smooth motion and precise positioning. The integrated structure also reduces the number of components and saves installation space.
The PC is designed for high-thrust pressing, press-fitting, punching and deep drawing. It delivers a maximum instantaneous thrust of 250 kN and positioning repeatability of ±0.005 mm on the PC120. The PCT is designed for small presses and caulking machines, with a focus on axial load rigidity.
THK PC covers models from PC30 to PC120, with maximum strokes up to 400 mm. PCT is available in PCT20 and PCT25 models, with strokes up to 300 mm and rated thrust from 133 to 804 N. Both series offer different motor and mounting configurations to suit the application.
