THK ET Economy Series Rotary Actuator

The THK Economy Series ET is a rotary actuator that combines a cross roller ring with a hypoid gear to achieve high rotational accuracy in a thin, compact structure. By keeping the rotary table and motor small and integrating the cross roller ring and gear together, the ET series takes up much less space than a typical rotary setup.

It comes in a few purchase options, so you can choose a version with a motor that pairs with THK’s own controller, one with a motor you specify yourself, or a version with no motor installed at all.

The ET series also supports multi point positioning and multi rotation control, with adjustable speed. This means you can easily set three or more positions without needing mechanical stoppers, and it handles clockwise and counterclockwise rotation, speed control, and continuous rotation as well. It works well for applications like 330 or 360 degree stroke rotation, continuous one directional rotation, and setups that need to handle applied moment or suspended installation without speed fluctuations from varying loads.
