TLC Controller Series

The TLC Controller Series is a low-capacity servo driver controller designed for single-axis control of THK electric actuators. It offers a ready-to-use solution with simplified setup, making it ideal for compact automation systems and applications requiring precise positioning or pressing control. The TLC supports multiple operation modes, including multi-point positioning, external unit input instruction, and solenoid modes, allowing flexible system configuration based on application needs.

The controller features absolute position feedback, trapezoidal and S-curve acceleration/deceleration control, and supports up to 512 positioning steps depending on the selected function mode. Setup and parameter configuration can be performed using THK’s PC setup tool D-STEP or the TDO digital operator, providing intuitive operation and easy access to advanced functions. With its compact size, single-axis control capability, and compatibility with various THK actuator series, the TLC controller is well suited for space-saving and cost-efficient automation solutions.
