Yamaha Robonity LBAR Motor-less Rod Type Actuator

The Yamaha Robonity LBAR Series is a motor-less rod type single-axis actuator designed for direct linear push and pull motion with flexible servo motor pairing. Built with a precision C7 class ball screw and rigid mechanical structure, the LBAR delivers stable thrust, repeatability of plus or minus 0.01mm, and high load capability across compact to heavy-duty models.

Unlike slider type actuators, the rod type design allows the LBAR to handle radial loads applied directly to the extending rod, making it well suited for press fitting, clamping, pushing, and other applications where the actuator output is applied along the rod axis rather than through a moving carriage.

Supplied as a mechanical actuator unit without motor or electrical components, the LBAR allows OEM builders to select compatible servo or stepping motors according to their control platform and performance requirements.
