Yamaha Robonity LBAS Motor-less Slider Type Actuator

The Yamaha Robonity LBAS is a motor-less slider type actuator designed for compact and reliable linear movement. Its integrated guide rail and frame provide high rigidity while keeping the actuator compact and cost-effective.

The LBAS Series includes LBAS04, LBAS05, LBAS08 and LBAS12 models. Depending on the model, it offers speeds of up to 1,800 mm/s, horizontal payloads of up to 100 kg and stroke lengths from 50 to 1,250 mm. Different ball screw leads are available to suit different speed and load requirements.

The LBAS provides ±0.01 mm positioning repeatability and supports both straight and bending configurations. It is compatible with servo motors from various manufacturers as well as selected stepping motors and NEMA standards. As a motor-less actuator, the motor, driver and other electrical components are selected separately.
