THK PHS Series Female Thread Rod End

The THK PHS Series Female Thread Rod End is a self-aligning rod end designed for high rigidity and smooth rotation and oscillation. It uses a copper alloy bush between the chromate-treated steel holder and spherical inner ring. The spherical surface is hard chrome plated to improve wear and corrosion resistance.

A grease nipple on the holder allows lubricant to be replenished as needed. This helps maintain the sliding surface during regular maintenance.

The PHS Series is available from PHS5 to PHS30, with female thread sizes from M5×0.8 to M30×2. The static applied radial load ranges from 5,590 N to 92,200 N, depending on the model.
