THK BL / BL-A Series Link Ball

The THK BL / BL-A Series is a link ball with a holder made from high strength zinc alloy, connected perpendicular to the shank. The shank uses a male thread that’s specially welded to a highly accurate steel ball. A grease pocket sits on both the top and bottom of the spherical area. This gives the link ball high lubricity and strong wear resistance. Model BL-A also uses A-1 alloy in the holder, which cuts down the weight significantly compared to the standard BL model.

Built for compact spaces, this link ball is designed to handle loads in the radial direction, and it comes with a protective boot attached.

The static applied load rating (Ca) for this series ranges from 4510 N to 36400 N.
