THK NOS-T Series No-Lubrication Male Thread Rod End

The THK NOS-T Series No-Lubrication Male Thread Rod End is a self-aligning rod end designed for smooth rotation and oscillation. It uses a self-lubricating synthetic resin between the steel holder and spherical inner ring. This allows the rod end to operate without regular lubrication. The NOS-T also has a male thread on the holder end.

The NOS-T provides accurate link motion with minimized clearance on the sliding surface. It is available in sizes from NOS3T to NOS22T, with male thread sizes from M3×0.5 to M22×1.5.

The static applied radial load ranges from 1,570 N to 35,900 N, depending on the model. The series can be used without lubrication, although oil or grease may be applied to the spherical area for initial lubrication.
