THK NHS-T Series No-Lubrication Rod End

The THK NHS-T Series No-Lubrication Rod End is a self-aligning rod end designed for smooth and accurate link motion. It uses a self-lubricating synthetic resin between the steel holder and spherical inner ring. The minimized sliding clearance helps provide accurate movement without regular lubrication.

The NHS-T has a female thread and is available in sizes from NHS3T to NHS22T. Thread sizes range from M3×0.5 to M22×1.5.

The static applied radial load ranges from 1,570 N to 35,900 N, depending on the model. The NHS-T can operate without lubrication. THK also states that oil or grease may be applied to the spherical area for initial lubrication when required.
